Webgallery lets you create a webpage showing off a gallery of your images. Webgallery is free and open-source software, and thus can be downloaded and used for nearly any legal purpose.
The current release is 1.2.1, and implements lots of improvements over the previous version. Get version 1.2.1:

The current version of Webgallery requires PerlMagick, Perl 5.005, the URI module, and File::Spec version 0.8 or greater. If you need help installing URI, see the CPAN module install page. By using the incredible CPAN module, installing URI should be as easy as typing
# perl -MCPAN -e shell cpan> install URI
from your prompt.
Finally, if you are runing Debian GNU/Linux (Potato or newer), you should probably be using apt instead of CPAN.pm. In this case, all you need to do is type:
# apt-get liburi-perl
and you should be set.
Webgallery has been tested on GNU/Linux and Windows NT, but I see no reason why it should not work on other systems where Perl and ImageMagick are available.
